She had worked too hard to earn her bachelor’s degree from Xavier University to go gently into any still night.
So, Torrence Burson built a graduation stage in his driveway for his daughter. Yes, this was a full actual stage with loudspeakers, music, programs, and the works.

You’ve got to check out this Instagram post by Chris Kyle. It shows dad will always be your number one fan, even if it means sitting for prolonged periods in a tiny chair at your first play kitchen restaurant.
Despite being seated with pink birthday balloons that weren’t even for him and the tenacious cook taking a Paw Patrol break in the middle of preparing his pretend lunch, he gave “Ava’s Kitchen” a stellar review. It’s so cute that popular Motherly even gave this dad a shoutout.
3. Single Dad Creates The Period Fairy
Single dad Maverick Austin got a call from his daughter at school. She thought she’d had a bathroom accident. He brought a change of clothes, but he’d soon get a second call of the same nature. At first, he was annoyed. He was in the middle of an important business call. He told his daughter, Avi, to wipe herself better and put some toilet paper in her panties until he could get back to school.
It then hit him that she’s 11-years-old and this might be her first period. After checking the soiled clothes for confirmation, he rushed back to the school. By the time he gets there, all have figured out what’s going on, and Avi is calm. She joked that she needed a treat similar to a Tooth Fairy visit.

So, Maverick came up with the Period Fairy, who brought Avi a “You Got This” card, ice cream, flowers, cookies, and candy. His Facebook post documenting the day went viral. Moms from all over praised him on his unique and open way of handling what’s typically a very awkward occasion for dad.
